While the world is adjusting to the current threat of COVID-19, scammers are also doing their best to take advantage of people in this difficult time. Please be aware of texts and emails at this time. It seems that every business and organization that you have dealt with in the past 5 years is now reaching out with their own individual COVID-19 response. Be very weary of links contained within the message. Scammers do a very good job spoofing legitimate websites to trick you into entering personal information. The Canadian Credit Union Association has some great videos about how to keep yourself safe. We will be positing these in the coming days to keep you well informed!
