Through MemberDirect, TECU has a fully secure online banking system that allows our members to do most of their banking 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Members can pay bills, transfer money, deposit cheques, view online statements and cheque images from the comfort of their own home or office. Deposit Anywhere is an innovative banking technology that makes it easy to remotely deposit a cheque using a mobile device. You simply open your mobile banking app, tap the “deposit” button, select the account you would like the funds deposited to, enter the amount, take a photo of the front and back of the cheque, confirm the details and tap “submit”. The funds are then deposited securely into your account.
Interac e-Transfer® are rapidly becoming a preferred method in Canada for members wanting to directly send and receive money between accounts. Quick, convenient and secure, Interac e-Transfer enables you to transfer funds directly to anyone with an email address or phone number. The Auto-Deposit feature makes depositing your received Interac e-Transfer® fast and secure!

Reset your online banking password – COMING SOON!
Personal Access Code (PAC)/online banking password reset will be enabled for all Energy CU members. All members will soon have the ability to change their PAC/online banking password at any time through online banking.
