Scheduled Payments and Transfers

Members who wish to have the ability to cancel recurring bill payments or transfers through their online banking can do so if those transfers were initiated by internet banking. Our  banking conversion transferred the information to the new online banking portal in a way that caused all transfers and recurring bill payments to register as being added in branch. If you would like to have the ability to cancel a transfer online and you can’t, please call our offices and we can delete the transfer on our end and you can then add the transfer yourself. By adding it yourself you will gain the ability to cancel it as well. We’d be happy to help you through the process if you give our offices a call. If cancelling a transfer online is not a big concern to you, please call our offices if and when you do need it cancelled in the future.
