We have become aware of a bug introduced to our Mobile App experience when users upgrade to Android 10 on a Google Pixel device. A new soft Android home button is blocking the Deposit Anywhere image capture button on all versions of our mobile app.

A fix for the new bug will require a mobile app upgrade. The upgrade will enhance the Deposit Anywhere feature to auto-capture item images removing the need for the image capture button. The app is being worked on and soon testing the upgrade will begin. We will provide an update for an expected release date ASAP.

In the meantime members wanting to make a cheque deposit to their Energy CU account can do so in branch during business hours or though the ATM at an Exchange ATM Location.
