The safety of our members & staff is our highest priority and we understand the concerns you may have about COVID-19.

Our efforts are guided by global experts and health authorities and we will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines and protocol. The uncertainty created by COVID-19 has resulted in some business adjusting their operating hours. As such, we have decided to modify the hours of our branch locations at Milner and Southlake until further notice.

At this time, both our Milner and Southlake locations will be here to help you 8:30 – 3, Monday to Friday. Please also be aware that since our Southlake location is located within the Medical Arts Building, it is operating under Southlake’s restricted access COVID-19 protocols and therefore is only accessible to Southlake Hospital staff at this time. While we currently have staff at our branch locations, we ask that you please refrain from attending the branch locations unless it is an emergency situation. Please call our offices and we can discuss the best way we can help you. Our goal is to continue to provide our members with the same great service they have come to know and remind everyone that there are ways to bank outside of a branch with the easiest and most convenient options being either online or on your smartphone mobile app. Please call our offices at 416-238-5606 to make sure you are set up for these free services, if you haven’t already. You may also want to consider getting an ATM card so that you may access funds in your account if need be.
