An important message for our members regarding COVID-19

Dear Members,

Like many of  you, we have been closely following the developments regarding COVID-19 (“coronavirus”).  We care deeply about our employees, members and communities and take the evolving and global nature of the latest pandemic very seriously. We are focused on ensuring that our employees and members are supported with information and resources; closely following the recommendations of the world’s leading health organizations and their containment objectives; and implementing our business continuity plans in response to the developments. While the risks and long-term effects of this pandemic are currently unknown and ever-changing, we are taking the appropriate steps and continue to actively monitor for potential impacts on the communities we serve.

We recognize that this may be a very unsettling time and we want to reassure you that we have a long, successful history of handling our member’s financial needs in times of unexpected uncertainty and extraordinary situations. While only you can make the right decision for your own peace of mind, our dedicated, knowledgeable and experienced staff are here for you. We can help plan or adjust your financial arrangements to assist you through any challenges.
