As the COVID-19 pandemic continues, the protection of our staff and our members remains our highest priority.  We are taking every precaution to care for our staff and members in efforts to decrease the transmission of COVID-19. Therefore, in addition to masks being worn by our staff and all visitors to our branches, we have also implemented other safety protocols. You will notice plexiglass partitions, increased branch cleaning, sanitizer and temperature checks with each branch visit. We want everyone to stay as safe as possible and we have implemented these precautions to help us with that.

Our members will find that although some things have changed, our dedication to member service has not. We have been reaching out to you – our members,  by phone and email,  in an effort to check in and make sure you are all doing ok! Do you have everything you need? Are you able to download our app? Can you log into our internet banking from all your devices? Did you need a new ATM card? Could your cashflow benefit from a loan? Do you have enough cheques? That missed call may just be from us and not some telemarketer! We want your Credit Union experience to be flawless and we are hoping to help make it smooth and easy for you just like it always has been over the years. Especially when there are so many other things that seemed to get harder since all this began.

To protect yourself, our staff and other members, we ask that if you are feeling unwell or may have travelled recently, please avoid all non-essential visits to our branch locations. There is no better time than now to take advantage of many of the remote services that are available to you:

  • Online Banking
  • Telephone Banking
  • Mobile Banking
  • Zoom Conferencing (face to face discussions with staff from the comfort of home)
  • e-Signatures for loans and NOW MORTGAGES (some restrictions apply)
  • e-Signatures for deposit products
