Our roll-out for Strong Personal Access Code (PAC) is now ready to launch on 9 March 2020. On this date all Energy CU members will have to update their Password to qualify to the standards of the Strong PAC requirements. Member security is very important to us so this will be a great way to do a bit of financial security housecleaning. This update will affect both our online banking and our telephone teller users. If you are among the very few members who actively use both of these Energy CU products please log into your Online Banking first to reset your password there, then you can log into your telephone teller as usual.

If members should change their PAC through Telephone Teller first and not through Online Banking,  this may result in you not meeting our strong PAC requirement, which may result in being unable to access Internet Banking at a future date, and will require the member to contact the Credit Union to regain access.
