Our branches are still open, but with modified hours.

We have been doing our very best to ensure that branches remain available to you. However, as the health and safety of our staff and other members is very important to us, we have modified our branch hours and applied social distancing protocols as a protective and preventative measure. Given how fluid the situation is, and the possibility that branches may be forced to close at any time, we encourage you to check our website or call ahead before visiting. Another advantage of being a member is that most of you are on a first name basis with members of our staff. This means that we can easily and deftly help you via phone or email should you need anything or have any questions during this difficult time. Many things that you thought would require a branch visit, can be handled by phone or email and we are happy to help! Of course, these times are unprecedented and we ask for your patience as our call volumes have indeed increased.

These unexpected times can mean financial uncertainty. Perhaps your hours have been reduced due to government mandates. Perhaps you are doing your very best to keep your family and neighbours safe by self-isolating.
