As a reminder to our valued users of the Telephone Teller service (Telephone Banking), in accordance with the prior notice sent out in September to our active users, we want to highlight that the Telephone Teller Service will be decommissioned on December 29, 2023. Members requiring assistance with their day-to-day banking can easily contact the Credit Union during regular business hours by phone or email, or smoothly transition to our comprehensive Digital Banking Channels, including Online Banking or our Mobile App which are available 24/7/365.
The decision to sunset the Telephone Teller Service was made strategically by our service provider due to a significant decline in active users across their client base. It’s important to note that this change will not impact our branch operations or our handling of live calls during business hours. Furthermore, it will have no impact on the functionality of Online Banking, the Mobile App or SMS Banking.
