Phase 1 of Strong Personal Access Code (PAC) is now in effect! – Members who log into their internet banking and change their password will have to comply with the new requirements. Your new PAC will be required to be 8-30 characters and include a minimum of 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 numeric value. Special characters are optional and limited. This may include any password resets that may occur if you call the branch to be unlocked or reset.

Once you have updated your PAC to meet the new requirements, you will use this new PAC for online banking across all of your devices (this also includes your mobile app). If you use telephone teller, your existing telephone teller password will not be affected by these new requirements.
