Attention members!

In the process of troubleshooting inquiries made by some members of a perceived website glitch, it has come to our attention that the issue is in fact with the Internet Explorer browser itself.

Members were experiencing frustration when certain icons/ links did not open when clicked. Microsoft has a dedicated web page trying to address this exact problem:

Our Web designers highly recommend the member to use any other web browser except Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Microsoft knows bugs on their system exist, but they rarely fix those issues.

If you prefer to exclusively use EI as your browser a workaround solution could be to right-click the icon and select open in new tab or new browser.
