Inactive Telephone Banking

Please be advised that in light of the brute force attacks that we are currently experiencing in Online Banking, the Credit Union has proactively revoked access for members with inactive Telephone Banking Access (Telephone Teller).  Members who have not used Telephone Banking in the last 3 months have now had their access revoked for their protection.

Members can re-enroll in Telephone Banking by contacting our office at 416-238-5606.

The Credit Union’s Mobile App and Online Banking are unaffected by this change.
