Recently some members let us know that they had experienced some difficulty reaching us by phone. After introducing our Member Solution Centre and extending the hours we are reachable by phone to 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday, we wanted to make sure our members can reach us with ease.

We have analyzed our phone systems and records indicate that the average wait time at our Member Solution Centre is under 2 minutes. If you have been on the line longer than this, there may be something else going on. Please hang up and try your call again. We are currently implementing further upgrades to our phone system to better allow us to analyze the data to even better serve you.
