The Energy Credit Union’s member support hours are changing effective 4 April 2022. Our new support hours will be 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday while we continue to review our operations and how to better serve you. Members may leave a message outside of these support hours and one of our staff will contact you on the next business day.
Did you know? You can bank when and where you like! You can access your account 24/7 with our Mobile App (for iOS and Android), online CyberBanker, and Telephone Teller. We have Remote cheque deposit through your Smartphone too! If you are not yet signed up for these free services give our offices a call at 416-238-5606, reach us toll free at 1-888-942-2522. We’d also love to walk you through any of these processes until you are comfortable doing them on your own!
