Some Credit Union’s members are experience POS declines inside Canada’s Wonderland. If any of our members run into the same issue, please try to obtain the following information regarding the transaction decline you experienced:
- Primary Account Number (PAN)
- Store or Merchant Name
- Terminal ID
- Transaction Date
- Transaction amount
- A copy of the transaction receipt, if available
- Was the transaction by tapping the card or “insert & PIN”?
