Canada Post is currently on strike. This will affect the delivery of statements, debit cards, term renewal notices, and other paper correspondence. To ensure you continue to access all essential services, we encourage you to use our online and digital options.

Potential Impacts on Your Account

  • Monthly Statements: Delivery of paper statements will be delayed.
  • Cheque Deposits: Mailed-in cheques will not be processed during the mail disruption.
  • Required Forms: Forms like Term Renewals, TFSA, RRSP, Loan Applications, T2033, etc., will be affected.
  • Draft Cheques: Requested draft cheques cannot be mailed.
  • Payments: Ensure all payments for credit cards, loans, and mortgages are made on time through alternative methods.
  • ATM Cards: Delays in receiving new/replacement ATM cards.
