Due to a month end system glitch, a small number of our member’s accounts were incorrectly charged on the last day of the month. Any funds that were debited in error have now been credited back to the accounts in question. We are working diligently to correct this issue going forward. Due to the timing of corrections in the programming updates, some members may see a small debit occurring again in their account next month end as well. As was the case this month, any members affected will be credited back into their account accordingly. After this final adjustment there should be no further errors of this nature.
