Further to our blog post dated 24 Sep 2024, next time you receive money via Interac e-Transfer and choose email notification, you’ll see a fresh, modern design.
Interac e-Transfer, which hit over 1 billion transactions in 2022, updated its email notifications to be simpler and more user-friendly. These changes also prepare for future upgrades.
The new design works on any mobile device, meets Canadian accessibility standards, and is available in English and French. You don’t need to do anything to get these updates, and your service remains secure and convenient.
New Features:
- Block Unwanted Profile Names and Memos: You can now block unwanted profile names and memos, enhancing your control over received messages.
- Opt Back In: Starting next year, you will have the ability to opt back in to these features with the next release.
