Energy Credit Union members will be required to update their Personal Access Code or PAC (aka password) when logging into Online CyberBanker or using the Energy Credit Union Mobile App. Your new PAC will be required to be 8-30 characters and include a minimum of 1 uppercase, 1 lowercase and 1 numeric value. Special characters are optional and limited.

Why is this change required?

Increased security and cyber safety is a priority for the Energy CU. Therefore, we are further enhancing our online banking and mobile app security with increased PAC requirements.  In addition to safety, strong PAC is also a security requirement for the introduction of future services. This will be a 2 phase approach. Phase 1 – Members who log into their internet banking and change their password will have to comply with the new requirements. Phase 2 – All members who log into their internet banking will be asked to change their password and have to comply with the new requirements.
