Please make sure that you are using the new chip card that was mailed to you last fall. Effective August 31, 2012, your old magstripe cards will not work. If you aren’t sure if you have the new chip card please call our offices at 416-542-2522.

For lost or stolen ATM/Debit Cards Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm – Please call our offices at 416-238-5606. After hours please email us at lostcard@theenergycu.com and we will reply as soon as possible.
