After April 3 2013, if you happen to enter your CU Mastercard PIN incorrectly 3 times, you will be automatically blocked for security reasons. Please visit an Energy Credit Union Branch with your card to remove the block from your account. After April 3 2013, a valid PIN will be required to make purchases at retail stores and services that use a chip terminal. As a result, cardholders who block their PIN after April 3 may be unable to make purchases at these merchants until the PIN has been unblocked. Don’t get caught!
