TO ALL OUR FELLOW RETIREES –

Now is the time for us to help each other.

We worked together – had lunch together – socialized together – and grew older together.  Now let us keep together. Phone your friends and fellow retirees and make sure they are all right. A friendly phone call or message can mean a lot to someone who is housebound right now. It lets them know they are not alone and that somebody cares.

WE ARE URGENTLY SEEKING A NEWSLETTER EDITOR 

Looking for someone to take over this recently vacated position. This position requires the person to assemble items for the newsletter, putting them in logical format and liaising with the Credit union for publishing on our home page. East York Hydro – Next lunch To Be announced, at Jawny Bakers, 804 O’Connor Drive.

Etobicoke Hydro – monthly brunches are held on the second Tuesday of every month (except July & August) at 10:00 am at Wally’s Grill & Restaurant located at 123-B Rexdale Blvd. Entrance is on the east side of Kipling Ave 400 feet south of Rexdale Blvd

North York Hydro – monthly lunches are held on the third Thursday of every month at 12:00 noon at Archibald’s Pub located at 8950 Yonge St in Richmond Hill

Scarborough PUC – monthly lunches are held in the third week of every month at 12 noon on a day of the week and at a location agreed upon at every luncheon.    Call Doug Barnes 905-294-1497 or John Feltis 416-439-5661.

Toronto Hydro – CANCELLED!! The next Toronto Hydro Lunch will be held at The Mandarin, located at 2206 Eglinton Ave. East, n/w corner of Eglinton & Birchmount.
