Hyperwallet is here

Our members are now able to transfer money from one Financial Institution to another using their TEUCU Online Banking. Members can sign-up for a Hyperwallet Account using their Online Banking, and within 1-2 business days, your “Wallet” will be created. To transfer money to your Wallet, simply log-in to your Homebank, and go to Transfers. On the left hand side, select Transfer to Hyperwallet, and then choose an amount that you wish to transfer. Your Wallet will immediately credit the amount of the transfer. To transfer from your Wallet to another Institution, you will choose Hyperwallet Account on the left-hand side of Homebank. When you get into your Wallet, you will then need to set-up the Financial Institutions banking information through the Cash-Out Option. Once you have created this Cash-Out option to the other bank, you can transfer the money from your Wallet to the other bank. Your bank should receive the funds within 2 business days. If you wish to transfer money from another bank to TEUCU, simply log-in to Homebank, and select Hyperwallet Account. You then want to choose the Add Cash Option, and this will allow you to receive cash from another Institution within 2 business days. When you receive the funds, Cash-Out the funds to TEUCU. How-to Brochures have been created, and can be obtained by request. Cash Limits have been set-up to $1,000 daily, $2,000 weekly and $5,000 monthly for transfers from TEUCU to Hyperwallet. No limits apply to the Add Cash Option from another Institution.
