Notice is hereby given that a special meeting of the members of The Energy Credit Union Limited (the Credit Union), will be held at 500 Commissioners Street, Toronto, Ontario (Mezzanine Level in the meeting room beside the Cafeteria), on Wednesday August 17, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. Registration will begin at 3 p.m.
Notice of Special Resolution Requiring the Approval of the Members
The Board of Directors of the Credit Union has passed a by-law amending the General By-law, pursuant to section 105 of the Credit Unions and Caisses Populaires Act, 1994 (the “Act”), and proposes, pursuant to section 107 of the Act, that the members confirm it by a special resolution.
